Dr. Paul Henny is a 1984 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He has served on the visiting faculties of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, and The Pankey Institute.
Paul is a co-founder of The Bob Barkley Study Club and The Barkley Center. Additionally, he is author of CoDiscovery - Exploring the Legacy of Robert F. Barkley, DDS. He is also a practice development coach, national speaker, and a writer for Dentistry Today, and Dental Economics.
Paul practices comprehensive restorative, esthetic, and airway dentistry in Roanoke, Virginia.

Janis du Pratte’ brings over 35 years of experience in health-centered dental practice consulting. A Professional Co-Active Life Coach, she trained extensively with both CTI and The Arbinger Institute. Janis facilitates Leadership Study Clubs, Team Conferences, and Experiential Training Workshops. She also specializes in training advanced patient facilitation and communication skills, hiring for the high-performance team, and integrating systems that support extraordinary service.
